How to Whitelist Our Newsletter

Don't Forget

Welcome to Repforce! We know how confusing and difficult it can be to get the emails you want into your inbox! We wanted to make it easy for you to whitelist our newsletters and emails so you don't have those issues. If you have any questions about this process or why you should do it,
please contact us today. 

Follow Instructions Below for Each Domain

Google/Gmail

FIRST you will need to add the "From Address" to your Gmail contacts list

NEW Subscribers

  • Open the email

  • Click the more (down arrow) at the top right of the message for more options

  • Select the option to add the sender to your contacts

EXISTING Subscribers

  • Click on "Spam" along the left hand side of your email homepage

  • Find the email/email sender you'd like to whitelist

  • Check the box next to that email

  • Click "Not Spam" along the top 

AOL

FIRST you will need to add the "From Address" to your AOL contacts list

NEW Subscribers

  • Find the email and click on the name or email address the email is from

  • In the next box add all relevant information, then click "Add Contact" to save

  • Wait for the "Address Card for New Contact" to load

EXISTING Subscribers

  • Click on "Spam" along the left hand side or top of your email homepage

  • Find the email/email sender you'd like to whitelist

  • Follow instructions above for how to add as contact

Hotmail

FIRST you will need to add the "From Address" to your Hotmail safe list

NEW Subscribers

  • Open your mailbox and click on "Options" in the upper right hand corner

  • Click the "Preventing Junk Email" link

  • Select the "Safe and Blocked Senders" link

  • Copy and paste the "From Address" into the dialog box titled "Sender or Domain to mark as safe"

  • Click the "Add to List" button next to the dialog box

EXISTING Subscribers

  • Open your "Spam" folder

  • Click the "Not Junk" button

  • Double check that this sender is not in your blocked senders list

  • IF on this list...Select the name and click the "Remove" button

  • Lastly, add the "From Address" into your Safe List as outlined for new subscribers

Yahoo

FIRST you will need to add the "From Address" to your Yahoo address book

NEW Subscribers

  • Open your mailbox and open the email from the sender

  • Click the "New Contact" icon next to the sender's email address

  • Enter all additional information or just click "Add to Address Book"

EXISTING Subscribers

  • Open your "Spam" folder

  • If your email in question is in this folder, click on the box to the left or open the email and select "Not Junk"

  • Follow the steps above for new subscribers to add to your address book

Outlook

FIRST you will need to add the "From Address" to your Outlook address book

NEW Subscribers​

  • Open the mailbox and open an email from the sender

  • Right-click the name of the sender

  • Select "Add to Outlook Contacts"

  • Add any additional information or just click "Save"

EXISTING Subscribers

  • Open your "Spam" folder

  • Click the box to the left of the email or open the email and select "Not Junk"

  • Follow the steps above to add this email address to your contacts
